QuickChem in use

Place. Read. Mark. Remove. Batch.

Five simple steps from your starting liquid level to the amount you need. Choose the gauge designed for your container shape and capacity.

  1. Place the QuickChem gauge arms at the current liquid level.

    Place

    Place the arms of the QuickChem gauge at the current liquid level. This is your starting point.

  2. Read down the gauge to the volume to remove, for example 120 litres.

    Read

    Read down the scale to the volume you wish to remove, for example 120 L.

  3. Mark the selected volume on the container.

    Mark

    Mark a line on the container at the selected volume.

  4. Remove the gauge and store it using its built-in magnets.

    Remove

    Remove the gauge and store it using the built-in magnets.

  5. Remove product until the liquid reaches the marked level.

    Batch

    Remove product until the liquid reaches your mark.

Use the gauge to mark the volume to remove, then take it off before batching. Follow the product label and your normal chemical handling procedures.
