We ship Australia-wide from Geraldton, Western Australia, and Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. We don't currently ship overseas.

Regional and remote areas can take longer than these estimates. Delivery times are set by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
Dispatch times
- QuickChem gauges: dispatched within 3 business days of your order.
- Made-to-order items: SeedSmart trays and custom prints are ordered by enquiry. We'll confirm the timing with you before you pay.
Orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
Orders are sent with Australia Post. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Damaged, lost or late parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the parcel and item, and we'll replace it at no cost. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, let us know and we'll follow it up with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can update it if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-send it once the extra postage is paid.
